Please read carefully before booking your stay at Doves Inn Hotel

At Doves Inn Hotel, we work hard to offer a clean, safe, and respectful stay for all our guests. The terms below help us provide a peaceful environment for families and ensure every guest feels at home. By staying at our hotel, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.

1. Families Only Policy

  • Doves Inn Hotel is a family-only hotel.
  • Unmarried couples are not allowed to stay.
  • All guests must show valid identification (CNIC or passport) at check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry if proper identification is not provided or if the booking does not follow our family policy.

2. Booking and Check-In

  • Rooms can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
  • Identification is required for all adult guests at the time of check-in.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
  • We accept cash and bank transfer.
  • Room rates may vary during weekends, public holidays, or special seasons.
  • Confirm the price and details when booking.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must treat hotel property with care.
  • Any damage to room items or hotel property will be charged.
  • Loud noise, shouting, or disturbing other guests is not allowed.
  • Visitors are not allowed in rooms unless approved by reception.
  • Extra guests may be charged based on room type and occupancy.

5. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a peaceful environment for families, the following are strictly not allowed:

  • Alcohol or illegal drugs
  • Weapons
  • Unregistered visitors
  • Loud gatherings or parties
  • Pets (unless approved before arrival)
  • Any activity that goes against our family policy

6. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
  • Guests may use the designated smoking areas.
  • A cleaning fee may apply if smoking is done inside the room.

7. Safety and Security

  • CCTV cameras are working in public areas for safety.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Fire safety equipment is installed for emergency use.

8. Cancellations and No-Show

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before your check-in time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund.

9. Guest Support

If you face any issue during your stay:

  • Please speak to our front desk or manager immediately.
  • We will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated when needed. Guests will be informed of important changes at the time of booking or check-in.
